Glass half-full or half-empty?

I had a revelation about this – it’s not either!

The glass is FULL – half with water [liquid] and half with air!

Water is essential for our bodies to function properly – they can only go a few days without water.
Air is even more immediately important – bodies can only go a few minutes without air.

Both are really important so the glass is always full – of something.

Now when we use this means of checking our view-point, we have another option.
1. We can look for the positive opportunities

or
2. We are running a survival, defensive mode, looking for the catch in any situation, the threat

or
3. We see a broader, bigger picture and take both aspects into account to live more wisely, joyfully and fully.

Isn’t that interesting?
